The products must be returned in exactly the same condition as you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, unused,complete with all labels still attached to the product.
Please, therefore, do not remove the labels otherwise the return will not be accepted.
In any case, the right of withdrawal lapses in cases where TayLord determines that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing its outer packaging and/or original inner packaging;
- the product is missing integral elements thereof and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Taylord will return to sender the product purchased, charging the sameshipping costs and, where already refunded, the price of the product.
